AD, depending on luck and relationship. Some will tell you can, some tell you cannot, some put you in some imaginary list that is 4-5 year waiting or whatever. Others tell you to buy a precious metal Rollie before they will sell you a SS.

Frankly just go in and ask, if they say no walk away. Else buy pre-owned if despo.

Omega price are listed on their website, Tag one I'm not sure. For other brands, you can use some sites as reference (maybe bodying.my) but watch prices and discounts tend to fluctuate so it might not be accurate.

A few that is more reliable. I think the other posters covered it. Tai Hing is another you can look at.

Berjaya Times Square and Amcorp have a few good decent shops selling pre-owned you can go and browse at.

Fakes. Condition. Missing items. Redone parts. Price.
