I'm not even sure if that's a good idea.
So many questions. 1. Where would the engine be ejected to? Imagine u jalan2 and suddenly got squashed by engine. 2. What's the mechanism for engine ejection? Explosion? Gas? 3. How do you even make them failsafe? Jalan2 and engine flyout. 4. I'm not even sure insurance company would love it. |

Contrary to believe, the engine doesn't pop out fly and endangering surrounding area.
Car engine is mounted slightly angled, so in the event of collision the engine would "drop" or slide downward and avoiding any intrusion towards the cabin. If the car was sent flying, of course the engine would be seen on the floor "popout" of the car. Mercedes does it too ![]() |
