As an example, if the word "pondan" is still banned, and I start
a thread asking which jambu (fruit) do you prefer in /k/, I hope that I'm not
going to be banned or warned if another forumer starts implying or using
the word "pondan".

I would think this will be inline with the quote from goldfries, as above?
To be fair to all, perhaps a pop-up when creating a new thread or a large sign at each main forum
could say:

"Thread starters are fully responsible for threads started and all replies to them.
You are to monitor and self censor threads that you started"

We have just been told off in a somewhat abrupt manner that the F&F section is using stolen content from <link removed>. As such, we will no longer be allowing content and links from the said site to be posted across the forum to avoid any legal action from the owners.
