OT... Have to spend RM4k+ a month to qualify for 2nd year waiver

HLB CS very blur geh. Wife used RM100 this month to "zero"rize the rebate. Called up just now , request to cancel. He said will proceed to cancel and ask the reason. Told him dont want to pay annual fee, unless can get waiver. CS said sorry, for Wise Card no waiver. Wife said how come some people can get? Then he said have to request and if annual fee is charged but no usage , then only cancel it will be waived automatically. But if waiver approve, then can waive for one more year only. Then wife asked why when I ask earlier, you didnt suggest ? *cricket sound on his side* #jardou

Then wife proceeded to ask name and report number of the call , so any dispute, can go argue.

CS called back to confirm. Wife got waiver till Nov 2017. So will keep for another year .
