hong leong bank, if ask me is really a third world country bank.

i once got double charge before, and i called hong leong bank to dispute the transaction. they told me to settle it with merchant since its a small amount.

does HLB CASA works for this promo?

any winners want to share info?

wont HLB filter out CASA users because CASA users are cheapsakate that dont spend anything.?
