This is hlb show when I press apply card at hlb connect.
[attachmentid=10311729] It's damm misleading. Annual Fee waiver is only for first year, but hlb make it look like it's lifetime waiver |

QUOTE(enixcv123 @ Oct 15 2019, 08:15 AM) But email flooding BNM with non critical issues is kinda unethical. Imagine one day, a person desperately needed help and he sends email to BNM, expecting urgent help, just to know it's pointless to wait, because his email is drowned in a big sea of other emails. I notice the hlb flexi amount is around 98.8% of recorded outstanding, won't be 100% for my case

QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Dec 20 2019, 12:32 PM) Haha actually i dont have wise card, as there are not other HLB than Fortune and Wise thread, i always stay here for forum tips… How do you cancel hlb CC?But anyway i saw wise benefits keep going down, u might think of cancel it and apply again if cannot waive AF but u still need the card as 1st yr AF is free, just cancel and apply again… I sounds noob because I never cancelled any card before. Can do it at hlb connect website? Or must email? Or must write letter and fax? Or hlb customer support by phone? |

You get one Lump sum cashback on your rm4998 purchase which is RM20I plan to spend RM4,899 later on 1 January 2020 and convert my purchases to 0% 12 months, will the monthly installment later eligible for the 0.4% cash rebate? Monthly installment don't have cashbacks This post has been edited by john123x: Dec 20 2019, 03:47 PM |

QUOTE(Dexter @ Jul 2 2020, 10:58 AM) I hope the previous FPP 0% plan coming back. It's not real 0%.We just have to wait till 7-Jul to look at their offer. I've accumulated back my credit limit as most of my previous FPP is fully paid soon. The TnC is out. There is one time upfront fee. The fee is RM25 for 6 month installment OR RM50 for 12 month installment |

QUOTE(MGM @ Jul 2 2020, 11:35 AM) Last year "real" 0% flexi don't have one-time upfront fee.Example: if you apply minimum 5k with 6 month installment, it's actually 0.5% % Flexi. MGM liked this post

If you read TnC, it does state Debit card cashback won't be as fast as credit card, it will be credited within 15 days after end of Cashback Month 1 This post has been edited by john123x: Jul 9 2020, 09:18 AM |

QUOTE(LemonJane @ Aug 24 2020, 04:01 PM) Goodness my HLB-AA card has been charged with GPP479.99 = RM2,700+. I got to know it after a SMS message from the bank. I have since raised a dispute form. I know you don't feel good paying for fraudulent transaction. Buts it's the rule to settle full according to statement.Am I obliged to settle the unauthorised charges? It's eating into my credit limit right now. Just like LHDN, pay first settle later. If you don't pay according to statement, your will be charged "finance charge" 18% p.a. even if you manage to dispute the transaction, you still need to do extra dispute on "finance charge". This is the part that is troublesome. I don't think the bank is so nice to show your how their calculation, and you probably need to waste lots of time to research how on Earth is the bank interest calculation. If it's only taken Credit limit but didn't show at statement, that's good news for you |

My dispute with McD double charge isn't pleasant. Unfortunately I got to write it off as it's small amount, not worth my time.
I call HLB CS, she told me to settle with merchant. Merchant ask me to settle with bank. |
