Just cancel the card and call it the day. No need to waste time for this card as they never honor 5% of cash back in the first place.
Even if you are getting the waiver for this year, next year also you still need to cancel it.
Better look for other cards that suit your needs.

To get d RM85 CB using Justone u need to spend RM540 on the 15%CB-category n the balance of RM1960 on insurance. If u spend RM2500 solely on insurance u only get RM5 CB. CMIIAW.

no problem to spend 2k but i don't like the way they (very rude in fact) answer my call

only the third customer servicer is more friendly and  told me they will call me back regarding this

but now i ady have scb justOne Platinum Credit Card 2.5k per month but no problem to waive the af and the customer service is better

I don't recommend you to abuse that. if everyone does that, in the end it will be slow. what I usually do is leave a message to their fb cs, and ask them to call me when their officer is free
