Her order immediately turn to Processing after successful TAC entered.
While ours, either we couldn't generate out the page that allow us to enter cc details, or after payment made, the status was still payment pending.

This is confirmed the issue of the vendor Presto mall. I able to checkout the Dyson at very first minute, but end up couldn't go to payment page. So sianz.

i was late to clear the final balance transfer full amount. and being charged Rm3X.XX. cash interest?

possible this to request waiver? i asked customer service in hlb online, he said
" I'm sorry for the balance transfer account there no any fee can get waiver"
and
"As its part of the term and condition which no waiver is applicable"

what do you guys think?
