HL is pretty fast on conversion. Requested cancellation of my Wise and convert to another card on Sunday. Now on online banking, my wise has been replaced with the new card. Outstanding balance and expiry date are carried forward.

called customer service today to request waiver but was denied. have to cancel the card.

settled the outstanding mostly due to flexi payment this afternoon. will contact them via hlconnect to cancel
and reverse af+sst.
