i see... so if put baby seat, it wouldnt rquire the front seat to slide further scarifying the leg room?
*
I wasn't sure about the baby seat as I never try before. But as far as I know the back seat wasn't that cramp like how it appear to be, because the seat is bigger compared to other car that support your thigh like mywingame said.

Anyone tried achieving 5.7l/100KM real time count? tried it this week, seems achieveablle but too much hassle. Need to limit your foot and become absolutely light footer, driving with the eco indicator turn on even at the first gear XD. My Persona clocked at 6K today, another months or 2 will need to visit SC I guess.
*
My best by far is 6.3L/100km or 15.80km/l with around 20% city drive
5.7L/100km is 17.54km/l

By the way mine is just 3k mileage, the mileage seems to be improving after each fuel up

Yeah mine also can reach that kind of figure 16KM/l at best if I'm not mistaken. Next week will try to become light footer again, see can reach 17KM/l or not.
Even axia can become uber, no doubt Persona can also. Big boot space + decent comfortable ride, can become great taxi already  biggrin.gif
*
How many city/highway coverage? Can post your average kph as well? My average usually at 40-50kph

Hello sifu sifu,

Persona suitable for cari makan as uber or grabcar?
*
For this question, its more like you should let us know why we can't use the new Persona for Uber/grabcar, this way it will be more easier for us to give feedback directly to whatever you're doubting on the new persona thumbsup.gif

My first fuelup also yielded poor result... 6 bars gone only managed 310km. But 2nd time around things have gotten better by 10% at least.
*
For this week I manage to hit 400km with 6 bars gone, my longest stretch by far till the fuel up light lit at 480km, that's on my 2nd fuel up once I got the car, in other words below 1k km mileage. roughly 30% city and 70 highway

Guys I experience something weird.

When I was on Highway I was keeping pressure on my accelerator, supposely it will maintain speed or accelerate. But at one point the car suddenly like slow down decelerating. I was so panic, even if I press harder on accelerator also keep dropping speed. Then I release the pressure and reapply pressure back. Then only everything back to normal. =.=ll

Any advice?
*
MT or AT?

I'm not sure is it me or what... my MT I feel the car drop speed pretty fast when going uphill compared to my other older car with lower cc if I maintain the gas pedal.. maybe because the car is heavy

Mine is cvt.
You are on which gear during going up hill ?
*
All gears if compared side by side with my existing MT car...
With my other car speed drop wasn't that obvious going through the same hill even I maintain the throttle

What's more this car have slightly shorter 1-4 speed ratio result in higher RPM at the same speed compared to those car I'm comparing with

By the way my air cond now have some odor like somebody didn't wash their jackets or jeans when I first turn on the air cond during startup...

Hands up, im suffering the same problem wit the air cond odor during the car starup (Mine is MT oso)

I jus got my car back after 3 weeks left in Proton workshop (claimed insurance and repaired)

Was tot that mayb the mechanic caused the air cond odor  tongue.gif

Seems like i was wrong

QUOTE(Boss262 @ Dec 24 2016, 08:25 AM)
You experience this also? this only happened when the aircond is started up, smells like baju kepam peluh.
*
Seems like I'm not alone... did gone through Iriz thread and read about this... it seems like the Aircond cooling coil grow mold that cause these Odor... I tried some simple fix by spraying Dettol Spray at the air intake located at the black stripe below the wiper with my air cond fan at full speed and recirculation mode off.

It does helps bring down the odor, but wasn't completely... maybe because I spray too little sweat.gif
I just follow this video... except that I only spray like less than 3 seconds... will do more next time thumbup.gif

it's becasue your air condition filter accumulate with dust.. go SC to clean it up or replace it ..
*
Like boss said, it shouldn't be that fast... my older car that have air condition filter like Myvi and Saga FLX all never had such odor where this Persona have this odor in 1 month old nia sweat.gif

Proton Persona 1.6 Executive CVT vs Premium, I cant decide yet sad.gif 4k different but you get 6 air bags. Any premium user here? Tell me your final price deal and loan please smile.gif
*
My advise is either take the Full spec or the most basic spec, no point going over mid specs if you can top up over the basic

And like what others says... 4k is not obvious and those airbags cannot be added later

Is there any ways to improve the windscreen washer nozzle? single nozzle on each side is not enough to wet most of the windscreen properly compared to dual sprayer/ mist type dry.gif

is there any reverse indicator sound? i don't recall when went for test drive tongue.gif
*
The reverse sensor will Beep once when you engage reverse gear, and from slow beep to fast when you're nearing the object.

The reverse sensor is less sensitive compared to other car I drove, It sounds when its pretty near unlike some car beeping already even you're still far away from object. The beep sound is also quite pleasant to your ears compared to some annoying beep sound I had before
