Any driving review?

guys, so without SST and with SST how much different for AV? RM500 only for AV variant? Plan to change my myvi. If salesperson can give discount RM500 then Happy LOL.. (typical malaysian mindset) lol

Saw some already get the new alza on Facebook.

Old ALZA is no longer desirable. It uses old technology and is far inferior to the new Alza in all aspects. Pity those who bought the last batch of the old alza (2021 and 2012) cos the price difference is not worth it. Might as well wait and pay a little more to get the superior all new Alza.

not much driving review yet.. most quick tes drive. Can go for test drive for actual feel.

i tested AV with 5 ppl on board. ride improved where noise level much lower compared to old alza, just need to learn a lot on the ASA and all new features in order to get used to... a lot of bibibibibib ibibibiibiib until i dont know apa warning.. can be from front sensor or lane keep etc.

Look in front good, back okay. slightly bigger on the trunk space when the 3 row up. at least 15cm extra.

2nd row folded for easier access, which is good but beware on the feet when set it back.

Steering is much lighter as using EPS now.

price is in good position i would say and i foresee H spec is just right.

Not sure the AV variant, but my H variant price diff was 900+. Not very substantial.

Gotten this infor from paultan.

SST exemption amount for the Alza X is listed as RM790, while that for the H is RM920 and for the AV, it’s RM1,170.

I can confirm for H is 920, as I got that discount.

I booked on first day of booking, car has been allocated and payment made, now waiting delivery (road tax belum settle). Sold my 2009 Alza earlier this year.

Different segment and for different purpose so which is better car all boil down to each and own preference. Go test drive both to find out.

Are you trying to carry more (Alza) or have better drive feel (X50) or have better fuel economy (Alza) or AI-enabled tech (I think X50, dunno if cheapest what is the diff)?

The X50 vehicle itself offers better value for money if you exclude manufacturer support and if within comfortable budget range (without taking 7 year loans)

Alza is just an extended but lowered Ativa.

Can't comment much as it is down to which car suits individual needs.

plus it is different segmets which cant compare apple to apple.

best car for you is what you need.

for me, X50 not for me as i can't carry stuffs when needed. you can see some cars in ikea which having difficulty getting some stuffs in car.

My alza already 12 years, even my best friend said his camry can't carry much items and ppl even with just 1.5.. hehe.. some said milo tin la, cheap car la.. aiya don't care much as the car you gonna buy will support you, not other ppl.

For 1st Gen Alza. Which android player brand is the best?
Planning to upgrade soon.

How's the parking, much higher?
Is it also wider? I worry if I bought that new Alza difficult to park or drive to narrow roads.
