At last... will get my car (TCP) on this saturday, after delayed few times not because of HM/SA but my frequent outstation routine.
I booked the car in early Apr lol....
Anyway the good news is success to get lower interest rate as per first time pre-loan approval in May, due to the current market circumstances.

Hey all, did your installer open your door panel to install tint? Any weird rattling sound or whatsoever after they put it back on so far?

I don't think that's a good rate. For a 5 yr loan, u should have negotiated for a better rate. Maybank generally doesnt offer good hire purchase rates compared to CIMB and Affin as their core business focus is home loans.

I got 2.75% for a 9 yr loan from CIMB and that too as a guarantor. If direct owner, I would have been able to get 2.70-2.71%. And that too for a 9 yr loan and before the recent drop in OPR rates.

Longer than my previous vios, yes but I'm doing OK with my family mercs though. Maybe I'm just paranoid

The length is not really the issue. It's the design of the bonnet which prevents you from looking 'down'. But u don't need to actually. Just need to improve your judgement.

I didn't sign the earlier loan doc. Resubmit new application with revised loan amout.

@cybermaster98 Appreciated the opinion. I did not shop around for the loan, solely applied at MBB by myself without SA assistance. I chose MBB due to personal preferences.
