Hey guys....I'm new in this Forum and I'm the owner of 1.5TCP Lunar Silver. I've been driving my car for 7 - 8 weeks so far. Done about 3.3K Kilometers. I read that some of the 1.5TCP owners is having problem with the Aircond blowing normal air. I am having this problem every time when I'm stuck in a heavy traffic and even sometime on the move, the Aircond will just shut down and the blower will just blow normal Air. I have to turn off and on the Aircond control in order to get the cool air again. I did inform the SC on my 1st visit but the service advisor ask me to continue driving and see if this problem continue to occur. Has HM have a Solution to this problem ? Please advise on this as I would like to arrange for an appointment to get this done. Won't want to wait till my 10K service. Thanks[attachmentid=7419404]

I changed mine, and a few of the forumer too changed their compressor and it works fine now. You will need to report your AC issue to your SC (preferably those SC that has experience in dealing with this issue), and make another appointment with them for the exchange of the compressor. It takes about a day to change it by the SC.

Thanks for the info. I bought my car from Old Klang Road Honda Peringgit Sri Motor SDN BHD. So I guess I will bring back to their SC to get the compressor changed. I hope this SC have experience in changing this car compressor if not I have to go to another SC ?

Not bad despite only 30% in Econ.

I do 100% city on full Econ with heavy jams and I'm getting around that as well

Mayb Econ can't stop my heavy foot

Looking at the infamous A/C issue of the new Civic, I hope HM is aware of this and change their compressor supplier to prevent newly assembled civics to face this same issue

Hi,
I'm getting my 1.8 Modern Steel today. Please add me to the owner list.

By the way what cable do you guys use for the iPhone HDMI mirroring? Is it the Lightning Digital AV Adapter? I saw the price in apple website RM229.

Any where I can get cheaper cable that can do that work or must use original one.

Thanks

Any connector that can connect to your car HDMI port. But bear in mind, the mirroring only works when you park. When moving, it doesn't allow you to mirror

Yes, just use normal iPhone usb cable to plug in your phone. No need mirroring. Apple CarPlay will turn on automatically once you connect your iPhone to your car HU.

Congrats on your new ride!
