yeah...and each fortnight rise up 2 of other training...players got injuries because they are prone to it...d bad thing bout rise up strength and aerobic for my players are that when the season start,my players condition are not 100% and they'll tire easily during the match...need international break to make them come back 100% fit...

so, at the end of summer, when the season starts, the players are in good condition..like 97%...but at the same time, their staminas increased...
yea lor..lucky thing i got a big team..usually 96-97 oso i dun play them ady unless relli desperate..
about the training..im doing the same thing as u..just a bit before heavy..want to juice out the best of my players..

yeap..thats why u have to find coaches for every category(ball control,defending etc)..mine i make sure everything is at least 4 stars..one coach one category..and u will se the beautiful green arrows beside the stats after a few months..tweak ur training as well..
