If I were you, I wouldnt give a damn about them. Unless it's some big shot players or your favourite player then... be sentimental and praises them once in a while.

the players will only improve generally
we preferably want say strikers to get better at scoring attributes, and wingers to be better at dribbling/long shot/free kicks etc

yeap..thats why u have to find coaches for every category(ball control,defending etc)..mine i make sure everything is at least 4 stars..one coach one category..and u will se the beautiful green arrows beside the stats after a few months..tweak ur training as well.. 

Rep is not really important... try going Player Search, then click Staff, select their training attributes, and click on lets say DEF to see who's got 20 for defence training, grab those free ones.. they usually ask for 500-1000 gaji only

tweaking in any way is of course better then the default as the default trainings workload is only set at medium..play around with the training and see which one will benefit which player most..use sum creativity in the process but just make sure the workload doesnt become 'heavy'..and sack by 'mutual termination' the not-so-talented coaches to make way for better ones..

i almost sack all the default staffs everytime... lol

Click Player Interaction on the young player's profile... then at the bottom part there's a drop box where you can choose which senior you want to assign and then check either one of the learn from/adopt tactics/role model

not everyone can learn from seniors

i noticed that if your young player plays regular first team football.
that option to learn from another player wont appear

there's only two team i like to manage... man united and barcelona.. will never get bored because eventhough they a big club there are still challange managing them... hahahah... but with OH Nani and Anderson + one more striker in then ext FM.. hahah.. it will be more and more fun doin it
