those British commentators would be MURDERED by fans if they don't talk about their own countrymen. Don't you hear the radio? Fans should cheer for their own team etc...but that's football

QUOTE(linkinstreet @ May 29 2007, 12:09 AM) not gonna happen - It was his dream to drive for McLaren - His biggest investor during his days racing lower formula is Ron Dennis - it was said that his contract is so water tight that no team can touch him for the next 10 seasons |

QUOTE(-= Virgil =- @ May 29 2007, 11:44 AM) *yawn does anyone remember that time in Australia earlier this year where Barichello held up Jensen really badly until they played the Team Radio conversation? Bernie and Max on the move to spice things up again. I feel a same emotion with the change of engine rules and the revs limitation. Next?! Ban of team orders?! QUOTE(edwin3210 @ May 30 2007, 07:36 PM) guys, wat the fuss about? if you saw the F1 race in Monaco...I think 1999 or 2000. Michael started 2nd while Mika started on pole. Michael overtook Mika at the start...before the 1st corner cleanly. And don't think just because Lewis made mistakes during the race that Alonso deserves to win. There is NO WAY anybody can overtake in this track except through pit strategy. Wait a minute...Lewis has more fuel than Alonso...so Lewis has better chances of winning. Of course, all this is provided Lewis jumped Alonso at the start. Basically whoever is faster won't matter if he's stuck behind someone. Being fast and overtaking is completely different issues here.looking at the pace of alonso and lewis in the monaco, alonso seems to do better than him, lewis keep on banging on the wall, while alonso did 0 mistake, and he get the fastest lap more over. can lewis overtake alonso? nono, and some more the lap is that tight and small. even without the radio contact from Ron Dennis to lewis, alonso still wins. and do forget, lewis manage to come close with alonso is bcoz of the help of heavy traffic. if not of those heavy traffic, alonso already far from lewis liao. Added on May 31, 2007, 1:16 am QUOTE(linkinstreet @ May 31 2007, 12:24 AM) FIA clear McLaren after Monaco probe ya know...I have totally no idea what fact #7 tells. FIA is supposed to "check" between the two McLaren cars. What does this case have to do with "any other car"? THE McLaren? Are they specifying on one of the two McLarens? i forsee all british newspaper condemning the FIA tomorrow morning The Facts 7. The McLaren was significantly faster at Monaco than any other car.
