Yes I know... Also depends on the road conditions, oil, sand, idiot driver trying to be racer, etc etc...

I am using RE003 205/50/16. Super good grip when dry, silent and reasonable price.
A big upgrade over stock goodyear & a little bit better than Conti MC5.

But it does really prone to aquaplaning. Just don't drive so fast while raining.
Yeah, the tire wear is very high too...not a durable tire.

I'm still thinking what tyres to get... 195/50/16 looks good but not much selections...

Looking at Yoko BluEarth AE50, MC5, etc... Headache...
*
I believe PS3 is still king of the crop. But not available in 195/50/15.

My initia plan is to get PS3 205/50/16, but kena sidetracked by the tire shop into re003. Haha.
Tire wear very jialat.

Cruising with N will not kill your transmission, only your clutch, because the transmission is already disengaged.

And, for this generation city, Honda gives us torque converter which is a lot for durable than dry/wet mechanical clutch.
So, no big deal.

Here's a good video

*
doh.gif I already know that there's is no reason to coast in N, by law or by logic, even without watching that video.

But the question from the original poster was, "will it kill your CVT by coasting in N", which it will not.
Safety concern on the other hand, is another story.

According to Honda Malaysia, anything that is not installed from Honda factory is void warranty.

Yes need to be careful when you install aftermarket parts as some say is plug and play but they cut the cables instead... Saw it happened before to a few members.
*
I have the experience.
Accessories shops claims the side mirror folding is PnP, but end up tap the door's wire for open-close signal.

Same goes to reverse sensor, they tap the reverse lamp for signal.

For them tapping is not considered warranty void & still plug and play. #Facepalm

Agree.. I on highway can get avr 17++km/l with speed around 100-120km/h..
*
If you cruise at 130km/h on north-south highway even with some traffic, you can still get 18~20km/L

Unless there're a lot of BLMs, FLXs or Myvi suddenly move into right lane without signal forcing you to emergency brake, then there goes your FC....

I only know either red or blue or no light
If other car fail in their sensor the temp will drop to 0 which is not logic.. Lol

But I have seen a gauge in a proton wira with its needle always in the same position, whether the engine is cold or hot. Hehe

Lol you guyz already found them.... The seat cover it's really abit technical. Make sure you buy the correct type especially back seat. Also now I know how to dismantle back seat!!

except the sellers always put many models in the selling thread....asking you to specify your car model....

does it mean that we can buy any leather seat cover listed, then only inform the seller you want feng fan 2016 (honda city)? tongue.gif
no idea how it works.

IINM, car manufactured June 2013 onward will not have the auto-lock function once it come fresh from factory.
It is within the Boleh-Land regulation and as well as insurance regulation to ensure the passenger and driver not lock-up during accident.

Aside of that, Insurance company as well agreed with this regulation cause when you accident, if your car have the auto-lock function, the BOMBA will need to cut part of your car. This will make the insurance company loss. try imagine, the damage cause from accident is only 10k from the total damage, but since part of the body has been cut to rescue the passenger/driver, the car become total lost.  sweat.gif

Installation of aftermarket auto-lock is within the risk of owner. i got read one of the insurance company policy said they will consider to reimburse if the total loss is due to the usage of aftermarket equipment (not standard one keluar from kilang)  dry.gif

If you guys received the car with auto-lock function, better ask ur SA whether they fit it for u or fresh from kilang.

Wrong. The OBD auto lock on Honda city will automatically unlock in the event of sudden braking / accident. No warranty is voided.
Reason why Honda malaysia not install this is because they are cheapskate, nothing else.

I doubt any tow car company will put spark plug on curb.
They need to pray hard for people to accidentally hit the curb.

one wise city user used to said to me "if u want to follow honda warranty, then even ur tyre also need to be the one u got on 1st day"  tongue.gif

to directly answer ur question: NO

i installed tint outside n then last month my driver side window got problem. SC directly repair without asking anything eventhough they can see clearly the "Raytech" marking on the tint
*
lol, what a nonsense advice from that user.
All consumables like wiper blades, wiper fluid, tires, battery, battery water, coolant, light bulbs etc could be top up & replaced by users.
They are wear & tear items & are not covered by warranty anyway.

But good point about tinting, some nasty SC will void the power window warranty if they can prove that water went in causing damage to the window lifter motor during the tinting process. However, the burden of proof is still on the Honda SC, not us, the consumer. It is not easy to prove.

Some still think airbag can save their life therefore no need seatbelt coz looks not cool, lol..

Airbag will only deploy if seat belt is on.
That's why they call airbag "SRS".
