reminds me of those who say viruses are made by the anti virus companies themselves to sell their software...

QUOTE(mfa333 @ Aug 3 2007, 12:53 AM) Go to Memory Stick on XMB, press triangle and choose information. See MagicGate, if supported, that means yours is original. if unknown or not supported, your mspd is clone. it lags.in-game speed doesnt affect. only when u putting something big from PC to mspd, the transfer rate is slower than original. anything near 800mb will almost surely lag(for some reason MGS PO doesnt lag eventhough it is 800mb-1gb play vice city stories, prepare for lag i had to extract all the radios out,and put in custom music QUOTE(X-Zen @ Aug 3 2007, 01:53 PM) Can give me one resource site whereby I can learn and get homebrew specifically about emulators and PSX? Thank you PSX emulation is enabled already.(not sure when it started, but 3.52m33 confirm can use it. |

some said D_A left psp CFW development because of something sony put inside the coding of the latest FW he tried to crack.(a message of some sort)
what a way to give a big slap to the face of sony,if that^ is true. instead of going to sony for repairs,we can do it ourselves so sony's "homebrew apps will ruin the psp" threats are to be taken very very very lightly This post has been edited by Mgsrulz: Aug 23 2007, 05:33 PM |

QUOTE(riku2replica @ Sep 19 2007, 11:32 PM) this is threatening the homebrew version of psp/psp slim... oh well, maybe in the next few months, we'll be seeing low yat forumers exchange psp games around? err...CFW isnt solely for pirating games.hell, that wasnt even CFW's original purpose! CFW is there for those who wish to play their backed up games and enable homebrew on their PSP. if anything, stopping CFW would hurt sony a big deal, because for many users, both legit and non legit users, homebrew apps are a godsend to a device with very few original games. QUOTE(jigon @ Sep 20 2007, 07:27 AM) big chunk of profit actually come from selling the umd games/movies...not from selling the psp..that's why sony hate the cfw very much.. yeah..Cheers not sure what their profit is on the psp(or whether they dont profit at all like the ps3) but UMDs are where the money's at QUOTE(Lakum @ Sep 20 2007, 07:31 AM) Sony dont make games....developer are... If ppl dont buy psp...where they gonna use that stuff? Cheers too i dont know bout UMDs,but i have read on magazines how developers have to pay sony for the discs to put the games on. which is part of the reason we hardly see patches or extra discs on consoles. PCs are cheaper because the developers can use any disc they wish. consoles are more expensive cos the developers have to pay the console makers money to use their proprietary discs in any case, sony wants more PSPs to be sold, yes.but i dont think they make as much money from the console itself, but more from software .(as is the case with the ps3 |

try asking the forummers here who have a pandora battery to loan it to you for a few minutes.
downgrading is worry free with that battery! |

QUOTE(kc26 @ Sep 21 2007, 11:34 AM) Sorry guys.. newbie in homebrew. Not clue what you r all recommending sorry if we're too complicated for you Pandora battery need 2 PSP, extra battery and memory card right? So i think very difficult to find someone here in MIRI to help me.. So anyone in this forum that can help me, with some fee (reasonable) i hope. Any shops? honest ones. I planning a trip to KL next week. i'll try to simplify it abit: before the release of the pandora battery, there were different ways to downgrade a phat psp. but right now,the pandora battery is the easiest way to downgrade phat/slim PSPs. and right now, only the phat PSP can create a pandora battery. because only a phat psp can be downgraded without using the pandora battery.(hope this doesnt make you confused the slim psp can use the phat PSP's battery, and so you have to create a pandora battery using the phat PSP,then exchange the slim psp's battery with the phat's pandora battery. as for the requirements for creating a pandora battery,i cant help there since i have no experience creating one(takut i lead you astray » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Added on September 21, 2007, 11:45 am QUOTE(kc26 @ Sep 21 2007, 11:34 AM) if you're buying the slim,i guess 3.60M33 is the best(and only one) there is This post has been edited by Mgsrulz: Sep 21 2007, 11:45 AM |
