i don't think so...u should worry about the sugar content istead of protein...Oat would be a better choice, imo.

yeap. u r right. nestum is sweet. take too much and u get diabetes. containing a lot of protein isn't a bad thing

i tot its good for my diet. i ate it thrice a day. no wonder i get fatter instead of slimmer =(

Not possible, because written there its only 88kcal with a cup of 250ml, if u take thrice a day it still sums up to less than a packet of maggi mee

sorry for the crash, but i think we r still in the same category. As i'm looking for snacks before gym all I've done is milk as it has higher protein then anything i can find in my area n I usually get the low fat dutch lady.

But when i checked the da fa (some fish stick, i also dunno what it's called in english), it has high carbo n high protein. n low in fat as well.. so i wonder if anyone will advice on this?

hmmm...i think i should substitute sugar with honey for my oat meal...my mum bought me a bottle of honey..but i just left it aside without touching it for months... laugh.gif

fatter or not...that's not the issue. It's depend on your daily diet also. I f you eat other food too little, your body will digest protein in nestum to cover up your need for carbohydrate (glucose). Proteins contains higher energy than glucose thats why it reserves for emegency and turn up to be your muscle at the end. Read more biology lah..
