in this case my scythe infinity outperforms ur thermaltake big water smile.gif
im getting 58 full load @ 3.2ghz biggrin.gif (the TDPof my X680 is more  blush.gif )
*
That's what i meant on what i said earlier on "Another victim of TT Bigwater"

Many aircooling heatsinks can outperform all bigwater series by much.

It's just a waste of spending RM400++ on that stupid watercooling system. shakehead.gif

anyone tried or having L631A batch of e6600??? i trying 1 but it doesn't do any better than my e6600es... i uses lower vcore but produce same amount of heat (temp in celcius)... currently it's running at 370fsb @ 1.4000 vcore... (e6600es/370fsb/1.4750)... but both idle n load at same temp... is my poc bad???

I believe you're using multiplier 9? hmm.gif

Try lowering the multiplier to 8 and pump up more FSB, this way, you'll get higher FSB. thumbup.gif

wow... 1.3125v??? very very jealous... my fren got a L630B last 2 weeks n it oc very badly oso... can't even touch 380fsb @ 1.5vcore... maybe his board (p5b)problem oso (i suspect my mobo, ab9, can't go too high)...

neh, i dunwan to downclock my multiplyer... doesn't see any point going down except to reach high fsb but 400 x 8 = 3.2ghz but 370 x 9 = 3.33ghz wor... i wanna go 400fsb coz my ram is pc6400 mah... juz wanna do 1:1 to c how good/bad they can be...

btw, any mobo (c2d) good for mild oc (400+ fsb), low v drop, no need lots of vmod (can't understand most of the diagram) n has a lot of 3 pin fan support with software (like the uguru, coz it can go really silent automatically at nite when i'm sleeping with air cond on)...

Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 thumbup.gif
I'm using it now, and running at 400FSB X 8 low vdroop at 0.0312 thumbup.gif

3.6GHz at 1.55Volts
400X9
Prime 8 hours, stable. thumbup.gif
Now where did i put the prime screenshot. hmm.gif

But that kind of speed is only used for benchmarking only, for normal use, i only set to 400X8 [3.2GHz] @ Stock Vcore.

The 400X8 setting has been primed for 19hours and it's proven stable. rclxms.gif

If you're talking about e6600, default vcore is 1.3125Volts. smile.gif

err have u found out whats ure max stable fsb
then also better check ure rams on that same fsb.

because rue approaching to nearer to a 1:1 ratio say example 800mhz ram at 400 fsb ... the timings tend to be more sensitive to stability.

also hmm i have a theory sometimes depends on proc

my experience...
e6600 on evga mobo max fsb stable 440
x6800 on evga mobo max fsb stable 475. weird eh??
bro's e6600 L30A on my mobo can do 490 stable...  doh.gif

True... nod.gif
True... nod.gif

Everyone is waiting for that beautifully made board.
And for some great news to cheer you up, not a single DFI distributor in either Malaysia or SG have placed even one order for that board yet. laugh.gif [Bad news actually sweat.gif ]

Ask yourself this question:
"why do DFI takes a lot of time just to produce a simple P965 chipset based board?"

Answer:
"because they don't just create a board [like gigabyte shakehead.gif ] they create a godly super duper big whopper [i'm hungry laugh.gif ] board, and with all the time they've used just to create a board like that, you see for yourself the performance of that board."

Tons of end user reviews proves that it can perform much much better than those high end motherboard [Uber expensive] such as P5B Premium and others. flex.gif

Now what's left it to try that board ourself. thumbup.gif

Say, maybe to those buyers that is new in pc field. tongue.gif

Who told you can't do SLi on crossfire board? laugh.gif
You can la. icon_idea.gif

All you need is the SLi Bridge & the Nvidia Hacked Drivers [You won't find this driver in Nvidia website though laugh.gif ]

Bro, why does CPUz reports your E6320 as E6300? blink.gif

I know that's the true E6320 because of the L2 Cache.
But, why does your CPUz reports the other one? sweat.gif

CPUz reports my E6420 correctly liao. smile.gif
