gemfive is not work exact like 11st, they seems got one middle checking gateway (manual checking) after u placed orders then only relay to merchants for processing. so they can reject at that middle way.

even wanna cancelling orders also still go through their gemfive team if not mistaken. whereby in 11st it mostly done by system communication between buyer and merchant, if cannot settle dispute then only cs from 11st step in to take care the rest.

beware all qpoint and qstamp come with expiry date, pls use it before expired. I can provide advise to spend it.

It depends on wat time u placed ur order on Friday.
Most of the merchants do not work on weekend.
So assuming that they received ur order today or last friday, u will be getting it tomolo or latest on Wed.
They were quite fast in shipping my order, so no worries.
