gemfive is not work exact like 11st, they seems got one middle checking gateway (manual checking) after u placed orders then only relay to merchants for processing. so they can reject at that middle way.

even wanna cancelling orders also still go through their gemfive team if not mistaken. whereby in 11st it mostly done by system communication between buyer and merchant, if cannot settle dispute then only cs from 11st step in to take care the rest.

nationwide rm5 per kg for 11st ... to avoid that, put remark do not send by nationwide

personally i avoid nationwide and abx at all costs
