sounds like interest for balance in acc

Not mistaken every two month, they will calc the interest mostly end of the month.

I think it shouldn't be because there is another details that is called Interest Payment. So, that one should be related to the balance in the account. As for MG153197, really had no idea what it is.

Email your broker and ask?

i also have an unknown transaction similar to that, but the code is different but still starting with MG, it is not significant, just a few thousand ringgit, but i am still curious. I have emailed them to seek some clarification

Non margin.

for those who just opened CDS account, please take note that below is the different type of cds account. Frankly, I am still confusing which type cds account that I've just opened today at KCCCI,Kuantan. Someone told only nominee cds will be opened there, but I found below pic explained how to differentiate which cds that I signed for. Take a look below pic.



Well, I've just signed for a :Direct CDS acoount" ... lol... bcoz I signed :
1-Bursa CDS opening form
2-e-Dividend form
3-Personal detail updating form
4-Trading account opening form

& the special part is 0.1% brokerage fee (min rm8) thru online

Hi, im a newbie to stocks. I used Safari to login to the maybank online stocks. Bought some shares, the orders matched and I can view it in my portfolio. But somehow the money has not yet been deducted from my Premier 1 account yet (it has been T+4 days already).

Wonder whether this is because i am using Mac? what should i do now?

Try to check back on Mon. Should be deducted by then.

Dont worry; after the day match, the next day count 1st day. Only working day count..weekend not working day.

Thanks guys. Want to ask another question, how do they count the final amount that I need to pay? What are the charges involved? When I opened my account, I was told that the charges are :
1) Stamp duty - RM1 for every RM1000
2) Clearing fee - 0.03% of total amount
3) Brokerage fee - 0.1% or RM 8 minimum

However, the final sum I had to pay was less than what I mentioned above. I figured I must have understood things wrongly. Can someone enlighten me?

Please guide me how to check on the Maybank statement on the CDS typr is either Direct or Nominee?

The account is mentioned SMF Margin A/C? and Trading/CDS account: name.... never indicate Direct or Nominee "wording"

the account got CMxxxx and MTxxxx.... Not sure which account is cash account and margin contra account...

By the way, i am newbie too in share trading too.....
