I am also trading through M2U and transfer between Premier saving account (this is the bank account Maybank needed to open when I open trading account). I have never been charge RM5 so far (I have use this for many years). My guess is that the RM5 may be only applied for purely bank account, but not apply when it is open for trading purposes. You can call Maybank to confirm.

Anyway it doesn't make sense to charge the RM5, they will immediately lose clients if they do that.

I think it shouldn't be because there is another details that is called Interest Payment. So, that one should be related to the balance in the account. As for MG153197, really had no idea what it is.
