Update: Finally got my card (sent to branch). Kudos to the CS folk, they even got me an extension for the rebate campaign.

Approval is not really an issue but the delivery can be quite slow. Give all for a month I guess.
I opted for branch collection and my officer in branch helped me to follow up on the application and all, I got mine in 3 weeks or slightly lesser.

Ic... I am taking advantage of the current promo... 10% CB with spending within 30 days from APPROVAL date.
Transaction expected on 1-4 Oct.
So I need to make sure the APPROVAL date is not any date earlier than 4 Oct.

I see, quite a risk. You will need to plan the date carefully else you may miss the boat...

My supp received an sms stating the CB amount received for the 8 digit content (month of june). This is for one of the eligible transaction. It will be reflected in next statement. Other transactions still no sms, including one with double 8.

Anyone still keep the website link or T&Cs related to new credit card get 10% CB promo?
I remember the promo is until end Sep/Oct 2016 timeframe.

Check again recently, but Ambank website no longer publish this promo.

Anyone recently apply for AmBank Platinum Visa/MasterCard ?

The income requirement in application form is RM60k per annual, the website however, stated for RM48k ?? hmm.gif

Waiting over the 6 months period and re-apply

Trust the website I supposed. It has increased requirement for WMC and didn't notice it has reduced for Plat.

Why 6 months? Rejected before or want to be treated as new applicants? unsure.gif

Previously I remembered the income requirement for AmBank Platinum is RM60k, but now website 48K

Yup, I have been rejected on this year Feb, during the time I applied for promotion RM388 rebate if no mistaken
