CS informed that 10,000 bonuslink points will be given for applying bonus link visa card. Card received 10th last month, until now still not added into my account

AMBank always do like "cheat" people one.
Previously I applied credit card and promise me to get the free gift of Luggage bag after approved of my credit card.

And right now end up I don't get anything for the free gift.
And I say since there is no single free gift at all, then I tell them I want to terminate because one of the card less benefit for me at all..

However feedback to them, "it is up to you".

I enjoyed the 12 months 0% BT which was offered to new bank customer last year. I have repaid the last instalment recently. I have only used the card for once in order to qualify for new bank customer RM388 cash rebate & the 0% BT. Now, there is no more promotion of 0% BT, so is it worth keeping? I am holding master card platinum. Thanks.

Just keep for PPL, no AF. I don't use it as well except for PPL, it's locked in my drawer all the time.

Yes but instead of unlimited for all cards, only VI and WMC have unlimited.
Plat only 2x and VS is 5x per year.

That's why don't abuse it and use only for genuine travel cases, that's my opinion lo.

is ambank like mbb after achieve min limit can request upgrade card?
or can top up FD to upgrade card?

I'm not sure what's the minimum CL, I don't really bother about the CL.
I haven't upgraded mine from Plat to VS, been busy for the past few months.
I know it can use FD to apply but not sure if can top up to upgrade card.

I received sms offer, 2x increase from current cl
thinking if vs got min cl and achieve that whether can request upgrade card
got 5x ppl visit

Yes for bonuslink visa new card, i called CS and they confirmed the points will only come in the second month's statement

As I see from catalogue, it say "up to 5% cash rebate".
So what is the min % cash rebate?

For Carz platinum minimum is 2% .
