QUOTE(amad108 @ Sep 17 2016, 10:15 PM) It look small yes, i dont want too big MPV as it become harder to park even with reverse camera n all.. While bigger is not always better IMO.. but practicality, easy access, safety and good after sales service is my highest priorities.. Exore sure is bigger, but with too many problems.. rear tail light easily faulty, bulb burst within a year and so on so on.. Yeah, what i meant was the sienta is not a small mpv as claimed by alot of those who have seen the car. But cant blame them because although it is technically bigger than an avanza, it does send an illusion of being smaller. Im still trying to figure out why,

To me difference in +-50mm is negligible... and with matching wheelbase, they are of the same platform. Furthermore the silhouette is strikingly similar... But alas... my choice still go to sienta.. bila la Mau angkat ni....

Try looking at the sienta alone, and then the avamza alone..you would seriously believe the avanza to be alot bigger. Eyes can work wonders sometimes. i think the bulky design of the avanza makes oit look bigger

The key issue with freed was
1) of course the price 2) a six seater diesnt appeal much to those looking for an mpv 3) the last row folds to the side similar to fortuner, unpractical and you lose plenty of space
But what i liked about it was of course the middle row is actually as comfortable as the front seats. Appealing to malaysian buyers is actually a hard formula

Seems like the new freed still maintains the 2+2+2 formula. And the last row still folds to the side. But love the cover feature though for the boot. Can lie down straight like a bed, although im not sure for what reason you need a bed

QUOTE(amad108 @ Sep 11 2016, 11:46 PM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « my wife n kids sat at rear, she mention really comfort compare vios n even CX-5.. summore with rear aircon so really comfortable.. toyota know its comfort, so same with sienta.. handling is where it weakness.. floating when high speed which also the same case for vios last time, cornering with it can feel the body roll.. another thing to highlight is the turning radius, not so small as vios.. at 5.7 meter turning radius is kinda big (only for V spec), lower spec is 5.2 meter.. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « haha.. u know la LPT2 highway.. too long with straight road.. so speed maintain 120-140km/h, i think can do higher speed but then what for? its a family mini MPV with 1.5 engine combine with CVT gbx weight around 1.3 tonne.. Why there's different between G & V spec? 5.2m is OK to compare with B segment sedan, but 5.7m is quite big!

But I prefer Toyota customer service when servicing my car. Much more professional and efficient. This is from personal experience for both brands.

I have no preference on the second row seats. Maybe because I'll be driving the car most of the time. For sure I will consider this car as 5+2 rather than a full 7 seater car. When are u planning to buy?
