if maxis truly exempted, then all telcos are affected. best guess is CS just categorically say maxis is utility, whereas all these while they treat water/electric as utilities, not telecommunications. juat wait for week 1 cb reports here. we all know the trustworthiness of CS' verbal info vs system logic. |
