If the doctor never ask you, you want to tell him you have Hep B ? As i mentioned earlier, i never see any company require Hep B checking before employment

Agreed. You don't see it in Agilent, Avago or even Intel medical checkup sheet
Those are semicon companies; TS stated he/she is in the biomedical research field and Hep-B is transmittable via bodily fluids which may or may not affect the results of his work.
