If they say is a 'one off goodwill gesture' plz let all end user know of their rma practice

amdmy can solve my powercolor r9 270 or not...for false advertising...i got a 1024stream prossesor card was hoing a 1024 one....the box and resit also no statef that i am buying a 1024 stream prossesor card 😞.
btw my card in is rma atm

only 1 white sticker they stick thte write 1024SP
which i dun know wat that mean at that time

this r9 270 is 1024 sp
same with r7 265

Here's the problem.

If the white sticker says 1024 SP, twice. and the GPU-Z shows 1024 SP

Then they're not doing  false advertising. Even their website doesn't state it.

yea just got cal from dota tech.my gpu is ready to collect total prosess time is 38 day for powercolor brand....for future buyer keep in mind ya

the sp issue kpdnkk say need to report at  tppm/kpdnkk...and they ask me wat i wan from it..i say change of product.but they say easyier to request for refund..which i deciline. so in short i drop the case la...my intention wan to change to free r7 370 like that.with the same price...

I wish i got a good RMA experience.. Just sent my sapphire r270x to RMA this Monday.. bought from viewnet.. Now got no gpu running and still waiting rx470 to come out.

1070 i think its is over power for me,eventhou i am ok with the price..but really will fell regret if dont utilize it to the fullest aka under ultilize...that y i choose carefully b4 i get that r9 270 bcause this suit my gaming setting..i still got little hope bcause i called ahciva(powercolor distubutar) to ask taiwan powercolor to change a new 1 and she say she will try her best bcause she is suggesting that too

ok i just called achiva.and they comfirm change a brand new 1 ,same model.so now i wait dotatech to call me to come collect the new1.yea at least no need to wait for a month again

achiva just called say will replace a new r7 370 for my r9 270 1024sp version...so gona get it NEXT week...fak i really hate the wait but at least this time they gonna change it...haiz
