what happen when both online and receive call? both ringing?

i already take the LTE sim for rm88 postpaid package but still dont have device to put in. i try with my old galaxy j7 (not 2016), cant get signal.. but sometime i search for coverage using my phone found 'YES 4G'.
so anybody tried with old galaxy J7?.. if still cannot, maybe i will go buy J1 2016 since it cheaper than TPLink LTE MiFi.

yesterday i bought prepaid lte sim, dealer activate the sim for me.. but the situation still same, when i put into old J7, cant get signal... so i assume my phone not compatible with yes lte band.. maybe will go for J1 2016 next week...

what is your actual problem? sim not activate? try with prepaid sim? it look like yes lte still got problem...

Hi, I am thinking of getting the postpaid 88 plan and use the free Altitude phone as hotspot. Can it be used for both yes 4GLTE and yes 4G WiMAX ? Thanks

I've also redeemed my free SIM last Monday. Installed it in wife's Samsung J7. Till now cannot run. Also having issues with YES on billing. After redeeming the SIM card, my outstanding balance suddenly doubled. Looks like their accounting system all messed up. Last update, they've disconnected my account from web self-care without any notice. Threatened to lodge complaint to MCMC if they don't sort this out soon.

Just went to the yes store at lot 10 in KL as advised by yescare. The person in lot 10 said my postpaid sim card isn't activated and asked me to go to 1 utama to activate the card and ask me to call her when I'm at the yes store 1 utama. The card still can't be activated at 1 utama. Hope for it to activate tomorrow as the person at lot 10 is looking into it.

no. im existing customer, not new customer. im using super 88 with 16GB wimax. after redeem sim card, i/all customer with this package can get extra 8GB LTE quota. new customer will be 16GB on LTE and 8GB on wimax.


yes. their online system look like messing up. but at least my bill is 'freeze'. only shown last month due.. and not update for latest bills like usually. and i also spot something big.. credit limit become rm1,800,000. haha.

Still able to activate yet? Until today, unable to activate. Tried first on wife's Samsung J7 and now it's in my Redmi Note 3. I'm currently running 2 sims. I deactivated my main Maxis sim and run only YES 4G. No service detected.

Really piss poor network. Disappointing.

Mine is already activated went to lot 10 to check what's wrong as advised by yescare and it turns out that the card isn't activated, now it's activated

just bought new J1 2016, everything fine. look like we need to have correct phone. i think we need to have phone with B38 (2300mhz) to detect Yes TDD LTE. no issues like slow detecting, card inactive when put in J1-6.
buying J1-6 come with free yes prepaid sim, it give you 15GB/month for 2 months. im using it now...
