Hi,
I was wondering if its possible to use yes 4g lte and yes 4g wimax at the same time, same account for existing plan and customer. Basically I'm using yes 4g wimax with 16gb raya promotion plan now, so is it possible to just add yes 4g lte device while keeping current plan and account? |

Does anyone know why my postpaid sim card not working? It's almost been 1 week since I redeemed my yes 4g lte sim card, went back to the yes store 3 times already still not yet resolved, i've already contacted yes and got a case number though. My last visit to the yes store was today and they told me to send the screenshot about the emergency call only to yescare. My yes 4g lte prepaid sim card is working fine.
