Data as the snapshot.  Yes work perfectly fine.
I just tested voice n SMS with this hack,  it's not working.

For me it's good enough as I just need that data speed.

And now I am trying it out with mifi router from China.

I'm interested to know your progress with inserting the YES Sim into a mifo router and see if the data can be used.

MIFI router that i had MF90 cant be use even its already unlocked
i dont know why

i tried MIFI router from China ZMI MF855 and it work just fine
but its bulky so i am still not sure if i want to get that or not
there is forumer selling MF90 china version here in LYN,

currently using the sim in my tablet just purely for data. coverage seems ok for mainland and island Penang but only 1 bar or 2 bar network. still the speed is good

no comment on call and sms as those cant be used and i dont need them also

Samsung wants all Galaxy Note7 users to stop using it immediately
Can you change back with your friend or Singapore shop? hmm.gif If your phone not in Malaysia, Samsung Malaysia will not made the replacement.

What is the type of Mifi modem that you are using to bundle with Yes4G LTE?

My option to get the best of the Yes4G LTE network, since my own phone (a Motorola X Style 2015) wouldn't be able to support the SIM card, is to access the Data using a MiFi device.

Fortunately, I was able to get one such MiFi device (a ZTE MF90) via @edward88 . Got myself the Yes4G LTE Prepaid Sim, activated the SIM via the Yes website, and it is good to go. 👌👌

Even bought a monthly Add On of RM68 LTE Data that gives me 10gigs of data quota over 30 days. Quite competitve when compared with other service providers (especially those with 'off peak' data allowance).

mifi device is better since it's specialized for this purpose.

Not too bad 4G LTE speeds in KL Area. To be specific, MidValley City area.

Of course there are other service providers with better speeds, but anything above 10MBPS is a-ohkay in my book.

Just now I called the YES customer care line. I asked the representative is my Lenovo Vibe P1 can use YES 4G LTE but they say NO! mad.gif Seriously? I told the representative that my phone supports TDD LTE Band 40 (2300). BUt then they still insist that my phone is not compatible. They didnt answer me why is it not compatible. Anyone here can answer me can I use YES 4G LTE with a phone that is not in their compatible list?
