2nd: Go to "SIM card manager" and you will see SIM1 & SIM2
3rd: Check the "SIM1" & "SIM2" is "ON" if off, please turn it "ON"
4th: Go to YES 4G SIM, and select "Network mode" as "LTE/3G/2G (Auto Connect)
5th: It's will show "Disconnect current network"? you touch "Ok" and you wait

Finally, you will get Yes LTE Connection & VoLTE, if it's still can't, kindly restart your Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

Then, should be the others problems already.

Do you try go others location? maybe coverage issue? LTE & WiMax are diffrent.

or you try borrow your friend phone to test such as Xiaomi & S7 for testing

Does the SIM works on the place you collected the SIM? YES Center? might be the SIM problem, try ask them to reissue SIM
