CIMB Petronas card maybe useful now as petrol price change every Thursday.

my fren juz notice her cimb cr got charged with spotify every month.
she didnt notice b4 dis in her statement n she dont even know what spotify is lol
i google, the are several cases of spotify cc fraud.
anyone experience dis?
my fren ady request for card replacement.

Mine is charged every month because I request for it. Spotify Family. tongue.gif
Did she accidentally activate anything? Anyway, since it will be replaced then I think should be OK.

Let me share an experience with my brother CIMB MC CR card.
I "used" his card for several online transactions.
I'm pretty sure that I have keyed the details correct inclusive of the TAC.
However, keep on facing transaction being rejected with several online merchants/portals.
Called CS and they said everything looks fine. I did ask what was the error code.
Lastly, I couldn't take it. I requested for a replacement card.
The replacement card process is FAST. After call ended, new card number appears in CIMBClicks. New card arrived at door step on the same week (weekend I think).

I then tick the pinjaman 1 box and insert my jumlah bayaran
When I click bayar, it leads me to this page https://www.ptptn.gov.my/epay/checkout
Then this appears

And I can't proceed

I just made a payment at PTPTN portal just now.
Successful. Statement updated though payment completed email from FPX hasn't received.

P/S: Payment made at Penyata Baki inside Ujrah statement page.

both have the same error

Since the fault is on CIMB, you are getting the free card replacement from CIMB, right?

The replacement is FOC.
Not sure whose fault as I did ask if the card has been blocked for online transactions. They said not and everything is normal. I called CS twice.
