Hi everyone, first time car buyer looking for a brand new car <RM90k (I've checked my finances and considering total cost of ownership that's the budget I'm setting).

Qualities in terms of importance:
1. Reliable
2. Looks good
3. Decent resale value
4. Decent fuel consumption
5. Preferably sedan

(for now I'm eyeing Mazda2, Ford Fiesta & Honda City. If I could get higher valued vehicles for under 90k with rebate, let me know as well)

Could you share some model suggestions and your thoughts please? Thank you!

there was a time one of the 8gcc members whom had a Type-R dekit swap with an FD1 owner because he was going for a rocket bunny kit.
