Hi all im in dilemma in which one would be the best buy

Honda ek with b18gsr= rm25k personal loan monthly rm300

New saga = with monthly rm460

I dont want to commit high expenses on car. But i need a sedan for my family which mainly use for me to go to work if rain and balik kampung from shah alam to sg petani once in 3 months.

Which one will be the best.

New saga can do uber on part time

Honda ek is my everytime dream car.

Thanks

this...

dude... very obvious choice....

few notes.... from my short experience with modified cars
1)do you know how much it costs to maintain a b18? its not bad actually but its not ever going to be as cheap as the saga... remember..
i. these types of cars are usually quite abused
ii. parts are old and need replacing. do you know how much this can cost?
iii. you have to know how a conversion was done... sometimes owners skimp while converting... problems might showup down the road so never do that.
2)me no respect for the gsr.... go straight for the type r.... personally respect vtecs for what they are, but only the type r engines.... gsr's are to me, neither here nor there. its faster then most things on the road (assuming in good cond) but slower than you would expect....
3)u must know your stuff very very well... check everything the owner claims... you should be able to check almost anything other than internals (e.g. cams, valves, pistons rods)
4) i cannot emphasis on how much can go wrong when it comes to modified cars lol.

haha modified cars.... unless you know what you are getting, never a good choice. most of the time, you get what you pay for

@_@ fd compared to any of these... would be a big downgrade if you ask me... whats your budget like? find it alittle strange that you want to be downgrading from an FD to a saga or much older civic. if you are working with a tight budget not a good idea to look into these performance oriented (/converted) models...

Though now, since mentioned that you have owned a fd before and assuming nothing has changed in terms of what you can afford to spend on your cars,  hmm.gif i think you should actually have no issues maintaining any of the cars you have mentioned....

Got high commitment already. Just buy a property recently. Thats why i need a downgrade.
