2017 Toyota Voxy - at 130k you might as well go the unreg/recon route with better cars from Toyota than a used Nissan. Usually 130k you should be able to get a 2019/2020 Voxy which is "baby Vellfire" to some. It is about the same dimensions as a Serena but it doesn't come with any hybrid drivetrain so guna tanpa was-was it is just using "3ZR-FAE V" 2000cc naturally aspirated engine with valvematic (toyota's first engine with this tech) which is also found on CHR and Wish. So upkeep ain't going to be Alza level cheap but you're getting your money's worth in terms of specs, comfort and ease of upkeep. Also the particular variant in the link is called a Welcab which is Toyota's terminology for one of the chairs being able to transform into a wheelchair or have a robot arm to carry one of the chairs out of the car, this is good for old folks.
At 400k mileage if it is something you already own and is running fine, don't change. Toyota cars are pretty durable if cared for properly.
However, I would never buy a car with 400k mileage from anyone unless of course you screwing his/her daughter on the side.

I've talked about Voxy above.
However do be aware of the body type/size.
From small to big
Toyota Voxy / Noah / Picnic = Nissan Serena
Toyota Estima = Honda Odyssey (in cabin size but since it is built on a car platform it rides lower than the Estima and usually no power door)
Toyota Vellfire / Alphard = Nissan Elgrand
prices will keep increasing
buy only when u need then it is justified
Thank you for advice. I got an offer for RM 37K Subaru XV 2014. Condition is good and milleage around 200k. Is it a good bargain for local usage in the next 8 years also
