Comparing a 2 year old suprima and new axia,
Which one better? Price is abt 15k diff
Suprima - bigger space, safe, stable, 2 yr warranty
Axia - save money, fc superb , not so safe, 5 yr warranty
Mthly travel 1.8k km
Atleast will drive for another 5 years , so things to consider .. maintenance and fc (if oil keep going up) Mthly can afford 400+/- will try to nego suprima lower or more DP, can we lower insurance cover also? My name 0 ncb..

QUOTE(zenix @ Nov 7 2016, 12:52 AM) if u considering suprima becoz of the turbo. forget it. it is pretty tame and useless. after the initial fun period after you've adjusted to the speed. you'll find it is always getting beaten by anything with a 1800cc engine on the highways. Interested with its size, handling, look and of course 2nd hand price.. Haha.. happened to find out this showroom specifically has many proton showroom car to sell, but location is so off at teluk intan.. https://m.facebook.com/AndatuEnterprise/?__tn__=CAnyone here has experience with them? Or showroom unit cars, are they real?

QUOTE(zenix @ Nov 13 2016, 09:50 PM) proton suprima got many showroom cars kenot sell? it just goes to show that this model isn't doing well. would you wanna buy a "cold" car? no secret that this model sales failed, need to find out if the parts are similar to preve, if can be shared then should be okay.. if too many major problems, no choice.. off to bezza i go.. even the backseat is crap, lol

QUOTE(lsm1991 @ Nov 13 2016, 10:33 PM) most of the parts are interchangeable.... front end and interior pieces are similar (with some slight trim differences here and there...) thanks for info bro, due to family opinion, They are all against proton, I can only go for perodua, or look for a heavily discounted proton, or used. but a cheaper suprima worth a chance.. haha.. hope will able to update both sifus here in 2017. great help, thanks!

QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ Dec 1 2017, 01:18 PM) Guys, need opinion. I am currently on daily commute of approximately 120-150km, 5-6x per weeks. Current car actually Suprima S but I cannot bear the expensive fuel consumption hence I changed to my ancient Viva. Fuel consumption is now better but I sacrifice comfort and safety along the way. Im drove fast btw. Has to face this trouble for at least 2 years so I am thinking of upgrading my car. Don't mind higher monthly pay, rather than higher fuel consumption. Budget less than 200k Don't mind used car with good condition Primary aim is the one with high performance yet offer better fuel consumption. Now looking at 330e, but somehow keen for 328i due to its driving experience. But apart from those 2, what are my other options? I never explore models like Mazda 3, Subaru WRX 2.0, Subaru XV, or any mid-level car; so those kind if insight are much welcomed as well. Many thanks! Camry hybrid? Quite powerful, FC should be much better. Within budget, and it's a Toyota. Edit : if compare to BMW, Mazda, Subaru, I think the handling not as good .. haha..
