flashed Miui8 during the weekend,then only noticed this problem.
BTW,i've gotten the approval for unlocking my bootloader,any where i can find guide to do it?

well how u manage to update it via OTA? i found there are "no recent updates" available when i serach via OTA

download the mi unlock tool
http://en.miui.com/unlock/

some said now global dev rom works fine, so just boot in fastboot (makesure you already logged in mi account in phone), then login to mi unlock, and unlock it.

if it fail at 50%, try again...if still fail..flash to miui china dev rom via edl and unlock it again.

I set 30% brightness already good enough, can't imagine you can set Maximum sweat.gif

Guys, MIUI EU had released the latest MIUI 8 6.8.18 for our Redmi note 3. For those who like a clean ROM without all the bloatware and stable usage, you can try it out.
