seldom have missing parcel from amazon. maybe two time in a year when i bought almost every month last time.

there are time when i receive the re-send parcel then come the original parcel. customer service ask me to keep both

they dont know and trust on you
please dont do that so often or they might sense something.
be truthful, tell them if you really receive both same items.
also, cheap item they usually dont ask you to return but large and expensive item, they will.

as i mention earlier, it is quite rare the item went missing.

that also need to depend which customer service officer you talk to..
if talk to indian officer, very hard to 'negotiate' with them.

Never buy those local printed before, so no idea about the quality.
Only buy HK printed version for chinese movies

there are local manufacturing..
can go to speedy and check the spec at back..

it more like the production from content of the BD (subtitles, audio, video) to the packaging, all done locally
