b20 = 3.1/1.9 mbps
b28 = 5.3/9.9 mbps
b40 = 5.9/3.3 mbps
(download/upload speed at fast.com)

tonight's speed. 20/3 mbps. early morning 6am speed is 19/14 mbps.
