here's what i see in the yes app. you cannot upgrade (it's not shown at all) to the RM20 FT5G (50GB) plan, but you can upgrade to the more expensive RM30 FT5G plan.

yup..
that's my plan to get 50gb instead of 20gb in kasi up..
i don't think there are benefits staying on kasi up..
the plan itself already 3 years since MCO..
time to move on...

As is, use this line mainly only for 5G. 4G connection tak boleh harap at all. So on the one hand, not much difference. On the other hand - as a Malaysian taxpayer I hope corrupt companies kena kao2.

I personally using my FT5G sim purely on 5G with my 2nd phone. Luckily Samsung phone can be configured to lock their bands on band 28 and N78 for only 5G connection.

Couldn’t give 2 hoots for their 4G connection lol

Just curious. Can you set the FT5G plan to autorenew? Mine doesn't and had to manually resubscribe.

1. cannot change to Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 RM20 from your existing Prepaid Kasi Up LTE Plan (Basic Plan)
2. you may only change to FT5G Unlimited RM30
3. alternatively, you may only purchase 30 days 20GB RM 20
4. alternatively, you may purchase a new number and new account for sim Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 RM20

Get this info when chatting with their customer service. Sad la, This number is for my 2nd phone and planning to get that Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 RM20 since that plan can get 50gb of hotspot data rather than 12gb in FT5G Unlimited RM30. Haiya so susah la. Want to port out and port in back also rugi since I have around RM100 balance in my credit balance.

Anyone manage to change their kasi up LTE package to Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 RM20?

As past under of Yes 5G for 1 year, i might change back to Umobile. Main reason, poor signal at many crowded area, like mall. IOI Putrajaya, it worst until no signal at LG level.

Recently going offshore, with Umobile, Vowifi works superbly, but with Yes not working at all
