for work wise, customer is also smb, hence the project also small very small scale, my skill almost getting rusted.
For example, implement an ERP system for a 5-10 users environment, only involve a physical ERP server, probably a brand new firewall for public access to the ERP system and that's it. While for larger scale project, it might involve more complicated network environment, integration with the customer existing infrastructure, etc....

for benefit wise, needless to say, no more big pantry full with chocolate, nice R&R room with darts, gaming system...
probably office in cbd or somewhere near town area, more convenient if you want to hang out with frens after work.

if having work pass, are you allowed to jump? yes thn how it works? also if under work pass a year, would your boss do increment after confirmation?increment even after a year thn renew of your work visa?
for me, I do a math as said my spending is 2k myr in malaysia, 2k sgd in singapore. if u near 5k sgd at singapore , tax would take 300, u still got 2.7k left for saving, this a good number.

well, how's urs situation as i had given example.

but side factor maybe compare your MY job and SG job etc, you will only know after few weeks/months of working in the real situation.

Hi, so you mean that we could not purchase any duty free goods from changi to malaysia? I am planning to get a carton of cigarette when I am going back Malaysia from Changi. 

He means entering SG from MY, you cannot buy duty free
Going back into MY is no problem

i bought cigarettes for relative before last year.
it was SG-MY, they requested for my boarding pass (i think) but did not stop me.
