when italy new cases and deaths decline 3 days in a row, maybe that's the cue.

china hubei/wuhan new cases very low now... but shanghai index still red everyday.

3 dead cat bounces so far.

4th one seems not coming today.

2200 not so soon, i think... more likely in a few weeks time when cov19 peaks in europe and/or north america.

for now... i see up, down, down, up down, down.... high vix.

crude price is just one factor.... if it stays low, v good for recovery, except for producers countries.

covid peak is a point where there is better visibility, damage assessment/control gets more certain.

a vaccine or cure will be required to "close" the problem.

got a mini bounce... better than nothing!
