the selling is going on for a prolonged period of time, today perhaps a drop of -2.5%, weeks later, will be -10% a day sooner than later

been there before, withdrawal symptoms. all rally will seem like the bottom. worse is if you waited too long and the price went above your exit price so you underperformed hodl. that's why this time i decide not to time the market

have you considered at-the-money / near-the-money where both puts/calls of the same strike price are worth exercising during intraday trading itself?

(of course, exception for european-style where you can only exercise at expiry so there's only 1 final price)

morning 10am, share is $4.90, $5 puts worth exercising
afternoon 3:30pm, share $5.10. calls worth exercising

i sense some tragic backstory behind this. maybe boon gor's close friend kena sweet talked by some UT salesman to DCA end up lose big and cannot FIRE (retire early)
