We are planning to sell a piece of land with a not complete condo. The land title belong to me and my father, we are in the midst of finding a buyer, and in the price negotiation part.

I was wondering what documents do I need? Do we need an income tax number?

In a typical sale of land, the seller will need to prepare the following:-

(1) copy of land title with the pelan tanah;
(2) previous SPA - for filing of RPGT
(3) income tax number and branch details - for filing of RPGT
(4) Quit rent and assessment receipts (if applicable) - latest duly paid receipts - required by land office for the transfer.
(5) details of any existing loan and relevant loan docs.
(6) copy of ic - to be provided to your lawyers. Will be required for the transfer.

However, in your case, as there is a "not complete condo", further information will most likely be required with regards to the same and you will probably need to have some documentations in relation thereto as well.

for (3), the income tax number, do we need the income tax number for the all the people in the land title?

The land title have 3 names - dad, me and brother. Dad have income tax number, both me and brother don't have income tax number.

A piece of land with substructure, works below ground level

Since this is the topic, I wanna ask further. I have a piece of land and wanna know how much its value now. Located in between Kajang & Seremban which called Bayu Lake Home. Can property agent do this?

When it comes to land, it is difficult to put an exact price tag as you can compare mainly with land from surrounding areas with land of the same location, category of land use and size. Even that could give you a wide range.

Nevertheless, you can try to check on this website to see if there are suitable comparisons for your case.

Guys, anyone know which bank provide loan to purchase lot land? Is the rate and period quite same with housing loan?
From google, looks like have from bank rakyat, cimb.. but couldnt find the detail..

depends on your capital and assets. you can put several names to purchase
