Land sale, What do I need and know?

not complete condo?
In a typical sale of land, the seller will need to prepare the following:-
(1) copy of land title with the pelan tanah; (2) previous SPA - for filing of RPGT (3) income tax number and branch details - for filing of RPGT (4) Quit rent and assessment receipts (if applicable) - latest duly paid receipts - required by land office for the transfer. (5) details of any existing loan and relevant loan docs. (6) copy of ic - to be provided to your lawyers. Will be required for the transfer.
However, in your case, as there is a "not complete condo", further information will most likely be required with regards to the same and you will probably need to have some documentations in relation thereto as well.

yes, all 3 will be required. You can register online at http://edaftar.hasil.gov.my/. State your pekerjaan as "pelupus".
