I started with VIP5 in early 2013, and TM called to offer packages with higher bandwidth (and higher rate, new contracts) for at least 5 times over the last 2 years, and I've rejected them each and every time. Was upgraded to VIP10 for free (still paying RM149) a few months back. TM has called me at least 4 times regarding their offer to upgrade my VIP5 to Advance30. But I stood my ground and rejected their offers. I am waiting for the unsolicited totally free upgrade to VIP10 at no extra cost.
