cant get plat, my first play trough is on Give Me GOW difficulty. Finnish the game but the side quest is killing me especially the Nephilim and Sigrun. Want to create a new game plus for better armor but then no mood to continue liaooo

Update: They sent me the code via email this evening.
Long story short, it is more efficient to solve the problem by directly calling the customer service hotline than writing to the PlayStation Asia's Messenger.
